Viaduct Supports

Viaduct Supports can be used to strategically hold and position Heavy Clay products on the kiln car, allowing you to increase your kiln fill.

Alumina Extrusion Cores

Alumina Extrusion Cores are used to create the holes which run through perforated bricks or blocks. They offer a longer life and more wear resistance than metal cores.

Alumina Cutting Blades

In Heavy Clay applications involving extrusions, Alumina Cutting Blades are used as a more wear-resistant alternative to traditional metal cutting blades.

Plates / Batts

Our ranges of plates and batts provide a flat, strong and non-reactive surface to place Heavy Clay products on as they get transported through the furnace. They are available in Cordierite and Silicon Carbide, as well as in a wide range of sizes. We can offer both plain plates and batts as well as ones with perforations.

Extruded Plates / Batts

Strong plates and batts with channels running through the centre to reduce weight and energy consumption, making them suitable for holding the heavy loads that Heavy Clay manufacturing requires. They can be manufactured in larger sizes than pressed plates and batts.

Silicon Carbide Complete Burners

Silicon Carbide Complete Burners are used in a kiln or furnace, offering improved temperature uniformity, increased control over your heating processes, and a significantly extended life over conventional metal burners.

Silicon Carbide Rollers

Silicon Carbide Rollers are used to transport Heavy Clay products through the kiln or furnace during firing. Can be manufactured in lengths up to 3000mm, with diameters and wall-thickness tailored to your specific loads.

Silicon Carbide Tubes and Beams

Silicon Carbide Tubes and Beams are used extensively as supports in kiln and furnace construction, and as part of furnace car builds.

Fittings and Caps

Fittings and Caps are often used in furnace car builds to spread the loads that the car has to carry and help locate tubes and beams in their correct positions.
