We service a multitude of industries from traditional tableware and sanitaryware to cutting-edge electronics and aerospace.

IPS Ceramics USA offers first-class service to our customers across the United States and the Americas, including the tableware, sanitaryware and technical ceramics industries. We provide the entire IPS range, including Cordierite Kiln Furniture, Silicon Carbide Products, Technical Ceramics, Machinable Materials, Project Consultation, Powder Metallurgy Products, Heavy Clay Products, Investment Casting Plugs, Products for EV Industries, and more.

Our main office is headquartered in Huntersville, North Carolina, from which we service all regions of the Americas.

Our USA warehouse is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. All orders for our American customers are shipped by IPS to our USA warehouse, meaning that our customers don’t have to do the extra work of importing the goods themselves, thus reducing their charges. When the goods are available from our Charlotte warehouse, we then inform our customers so that delivery can be arranged to their facilities.

We also offer the option to carry stock of IPS products for our customers in our warehouse free of charge for up to six months. These goods are only invoiced once they’ve been dispatched to our customers from our warehouse and can be called off in box quantities over the six-month period.
